THE COMPANY

We turn transparency into technology.

For over 25 years, we have been transforming glass and polycarbonate into high-performance solutions.

Viraver is an industrial company specialising in the processing of glass and polycarbonate for high-performance applications. Viraver is acitive in international markets, bringing its expertise to sectors where the processing of these transparent materials calls for high-performance, safety-focused solutions. The company operates in yachting, automotive, architecture and industry, defence and security, and aerospace industry. Different sectors, but with a common need: ptovide glass and polycarbonate solutions where aesthetics, high performance, precision, and safety must coexist without compromise.
It’s in these projects that over twenty-five years of experience become more than just a company’s history. They become industrial know-how.
Italian expertise. Global projects

An integrated industrial system

Viraver’s DNA is rooted on an in-depth understanding of glass and polycarbonate, an ability to innovate, and a determination to find solutions that meet even the most demanding standards.

Technology, engineering, production capacity, and people’s skills all work together within a one system. It’s this integration that enables Viraver to tackle increasingly ambitious projects.

Turn Key Project Management

Viraver supports its clients throughout the entire project development process, from pre-design and design to 3D modelling, production, installation, and maintenance.
True to its DNA, Viraver has developed its vision of Turn Key Project Management based on a model of activities that are shaped around the customer’s requirements – a key factor in designing innovative products.

Advanced Technology and Manufacturing

Ongoing investment in R&D, next-generation technologies and facilities, refined industrial processes, and specialist expertise enable Viraver to develop solutions and manage highly complex projects for applications where precision, quality, and safety are essential criteria.  This allows us to transform them into innovative, reliable, and high-performance products.

Engineered to handle complexity

Large dimensions. Complex geometries and curvatures. High Performance. Optical quality. Structural requirements. Safety. Precision. This is where our experience enables us to support our customers in developing solutions that go beyond conventional standards and expand the range for using glass and polycarbonate.

Together, technology and people are driving the growth of our industrial capacity.

Viraver’s industrial capacity is growing thanks to two complementary elements: technology and human talent. A state-of-the-art plant opens up new opportunities. However, it is the knowledge and experience of our people that turn these into practical solutions, giving shape to projects. That’s why continuing to develop a team with specialist skills and a culture of innovation is an integral part of our industrial model.

Responsible manufacturing.

For Viraver, growing also means utilising energy and resources in an increasingly responsible way. We invest in next-generation facilities, energy efficiency, material recovery, and the optimisation of production processes, integrating sustainability and industrial performance within the same development pathway.

Annualy, we recover and send for recycling around 200 tonnes of glass scrap, contributing to the circularity of a material that can continue to generate value. In addition to this effort, we have installed a new 740 kW photovoltaic system – a concrete step for a more efficient and responsible production model.

Beyond Glass 2030

Constraints are a starting point, never an end point.

Beyond Glass 2030 is the roadmap through which Viraver has built and is building the next phase of its industrial growth. Three paths, one vision:

Technological innovation
New investments in R&D, technologies, and production processes to increase the potential applications of glass and polycarbonate.

Growth in production capacity
New facilities, the development of existing structures, and processes that are increasingly advanced, efficient, and sustainable.

People and skills
Training, professional growth, and the growth of human capital are fundamental elements of innovation.

Because our first twenty-five years tell the story of where we come from. What we will be able to achieve from tomorrow reveals who we are and who we will become.

25 years have shaped our know-how. The future will put its limits to the test
