Turnkey Project Management
Turnkey project management means that Viraver offers its customers its support from the pre-desing phase, when details are far from defined, to the installation and if requested maintenance as well.
In this context, Turnkey Project Management is the totality of the project manages by one or more specialized personnel – Project Manager – dedicated to analyzing, designing, planning and completing the objectives of the project.
Viraver, true to its DNA, has developed its personal approach to Turnkey Project Management based on a model of activities which are shaped on the needs of the customer, a strong point for the development of innovative products.
Project Analysis
The PRE-DESIGN phase is when Viraver accompanies the customer in its choices, often forseeing needs, and allowing them to benefit of twenty years of know-how and the knowledge acquired through tests and certificatiobns with the constant interactions with the registries. This reduces the involvement of the customer by lifting some responsibility and offering the solutions best suited for performance and comfort applied to specific uses. With specific conditions, specialized technicians perform a DIGITAL SCAN of the window seats. From this starting point, 3D drwings will be generated complete of all necessary information needed, including for the perfect “alignment” with interior furnishings.
Design
Viraver’s approach to design is creating an holistic synthesis. To achieve the highest quality standards requires great expertise in glass processing.
Viraver’s experience in testing and certifications guarantees that each individual project benefits from a dedicated approach, fundamental for the optimum performance of the finished product. The synergy created in the relationship between Viraver and the different Classification and Registry bodies is established and ends with the approval of the window plan.
3D Development
Viraver has greatly invested in 3D Development, revolutionizing the IT system, by adopting the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, which increase the opportunities for the technical office. In this context CATIA has the ability to model any product and simulating behavioural reactions according to use.
Production
The entire PRODUCTION procedure takes place within Viraver’s production plant, including design and preparing the necessary tools for the creation of the specific product. Each production phase is subjected to controls and evaluations and it ends with a strict QUALITY test.
Installation
The installation on site is carried out by teams of specialized personnel under the supervion of an expert site manager, whom at the end of the installation is there for the COMMISSIONING.
Maintenance
If requested, Viraver offers MAINTENCE support on boats which consists in performing regular checks to prevent the effects of time, which could lead to irreparable damage, and the replacement of a window if needed.
